From the pantry: Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread

Menu Plan Monday — pantry and freezer week

As I mentioned yesterday, this week is all about using what’s already in the house.  The only “groceries” I purchased were the milk, eggs, and bread that I picked up at the drug store while picking up prescriptions.  Yeah, the hubby has apparently caught the munchkin’s bug too.  Below is my meal plan for the week – I’ll let you know how it goes.
